My name is,
your Ayurvedic Health Counsellor at Sprout Wellness Clinic, offering services both online and in-person.
"A complimentary preventative medicine practitioner and lifestyle specialist in creating harmony."
It intrigues me to understand each patient through a holistic approach, to assess the person as a whole and their current state physically, emotionally, and spiritually. When there is disharmony outside or within us, it creates stress or un-ease. Harmony creates balance, and prolonged disharmony manifests "dis-ease." The knowledge of Ayurveda is not just limited to treating symptoms of disharmony. As the sister science of Yoga, it is an ancient wisdom linked to longevity and maintaining balance, which is valuable knowledge to EVERY human being! Service to me means "love in action," holding the light for others and making even the smallest difference brings joy. To share what I have learned about Ayurveda with as many people as I can, is my passion and excitement.
KANCHAN LADHAR
Upon completing my double major in Honours Geography and Communications studies, at Wilfrid Laurier University, and during my brief start to the world of Aviation, I felt a strong pull towards Ayurveda. Diving deep into the origins of this 5,000 year old practice, I discovered its prominence and NEED in the world today!
Growing up, I have always been inspired by the works of Jay Shetty, Joe Dispenza, Sadhguru, Matias De Stefano and so many more! As the world continues to shift towards ascension, the wisdom of Ayurveda will continue to compliment our spiritual, physical, and mental growth.
Skydiving was one of my most pivotal moments of realization in my life. Just like how the warm heat of a campfire or a quick cold shower can cleanse our mind, body, and soul. Similarly, connecting to the element of air, and rush of the wind can truly cleanse a person energetically; a profound experience. And a testimony to the transformational healing power of nature and its five elements.
Aside from thinking about the wonders of Ayurveda, I enjoy reading or collecting books, observing the beauty of nature, making others laugh, volunteering in the community, and experimenting with spices to make spicy flavourful food!
